Beginning July 8, 2026, U.S. imports of Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulated products will be required to submit certificate data electronically to the Customs and Border Protection at the time of entry. While the CPSC Product Registry serves as a central data repository, importers are still responsible for providing the required product certificate information to their customs broker for submission through the PGA Message Set.
