The US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has set February 7th, 2018 for importers, manufacturers, and processors of goods regulated by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Â The final rule, published in the Federal Register, started the 180 day period. Â The aforementioned parties must report to EPA if they manufactured or imported any chemical substances listed on the TSCA Chemical Inventory for nonexempt commercial purposes between June 2006 and June 2016.
