US Customs issued CSMS message 17-000253 advising that ACE reporting of all EPA required data elements will become mandatory on May 18th, 2017.  This impacts pesticides, toxic substances, engines, and motor vehicles.  Please be sure that all TSCA, 3520-1, 3520-21, and 3540-1 forms are completed properly to prevent any delays. If your company has questions for the EPA, they can be contacted via:
