U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued CSMS 39266153 advising that the interface between CBP and the FDA will be down from 10 pm EST Saturday 8/10 through 6:30 am Sunday 8/11.
FDA will not be processing inbound entries or outbound messages. Normal processing of inbound and outbound traffic will resume at the end of this maintenance period. FDA’s Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI) will be operational, therefore FDA will be operating under Prior Notice contingency scenario 1.
