The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative chose not to extend nearly three quarters of the China 301 duty exclusions that were granted on List 3 commodities. Therefore, on August 7th, 725 exclusions expired. These expirations included 9903.88.13, 9903.88.18, 9903.88.33, 9903.88.34, 9903.88.35, 9903.88.36, 9903.88.37, 9903.88.38, 9903.88.40, 9903.88.41, 9903.88.43, 9903.88.45, 9903.88.46 and 9903.88.48.
The remainder of List 3 exclusions were extended to December 31, 2020. The information is published in the Federal Register.
