The National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) issued comments to The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) requesting a ‘soft enforcement period’ of the APHIS CORE ACE filing transition expected in August. The reasoning is to ‘guard against unwelcome disruptions in trade’ during the transition period.
