The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that no antidumping or countervailing duty orders will be issued on groundwood paper from Canada. This comes as a result of an investigation as to whether uncoated groundwood paper from Canada was subsidized by the Canadian government and sold in the United States at less than fair market value.
