U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) has issued a United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Interim Implementation Instructions that goes into detail on the new agreement. CBP has also launched a USMCA webpage with additional information about the agreement including frequently asked questions.
