Notice of expiry of order: Photovoltaic modules and laminates
Anti-Dumping and countervailing duties concerning photovoltaic modules and laminates originating in or exported from China, no longer apply to release of goods covered by the order. CBSA will refund duties on eligible goods released on or after March 25, 2026. Goods released prior to March 25, 2026, are not eligible for refund(s).
Tribunal Finds Threat of Injury—Forged Grinding Media from China
the Canadian International Trade Tribunal found that the dumping and subsidizing of forged grinding media, originating in or exported from China, have not caused injury to the domestic industry, but are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.
The Tribunal will issue the reasons for its finding on October 7, 2026.
Tribunal Initiates Final Injury Inquiry—Wheat Gluten from Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom
Provisional duty is payable respecting wheat gluten, originating in or exported from Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom that are released from the CBSA during the period commencing September 17, 2026, and ending on the earlier of the day the dumping investigation is terminated, the day on which the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) makes an order or finding, or the day an undertaking is accepted.
