Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated an investigation into the alleged dumping and subsidizing of paperboard cups and containers originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
At the same time the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiated preliminary injury inquiries concerning the dumping and subsidizing of paperboard cups and containers originating in or exported from China.
The subject goods are usually imported under the following tariff classification numbers: 4823.69.00.10 and 4823.69.00.90
Any interested person, association or government that wishes to participate in the Tribunal’s inquiry may do so by filing a Form I—Notice of Participation.
