U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued CSMS #69668138 with updated guidance regarding the order in which multiple Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) classifications must be reported in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) when an imported article is subject to a Chapter 98 and/or Chapter 99 provision.
