Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe Notice of Initiation of Investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation on June 8, 2017, respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea.  The investigation follows a complaint filed by EVRAZ Inc. NA Canada (Regina, Saskatchewan) and its affiliate Canadian National Steel Corporation (Camrose, Alberta).
