The FDA had previously announced that they were exploring ways to simplify the agriculture water standards. Â Now, the FDA has announced they will extend compliance dates for the agricultural water standards as outlined in the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and the produce safety rule. Â This change is in response to feedback the FDA has received from stakeholders.
