The U.S. Trade Representative issued the third round of product exclusions for goods on List 3 of the China 301 tariffs. These exclusions can be applied retroactively to September 24th, 2018 and are available until August 7th, 2020. If your company has a product included in this recent group of exclusions, please contact transitionus@willsonintl.044d949.netsolhost.com for a review. The refunds are available through the filing of post summary corrections with CBP.
