WTO Yogurt (Item 158 on the Import Control List) – Quantities available for reallocationÂ
This message is to inform industry stakeholders that, as of October 10, 2019, quantities are available for reallocation under the WTO yogurt TRQ for 2019.
Available quantities of the TRQ will be reallocated to eligible applicants on a first-come, first-served basis, as per Notice to Importers – WTO: Yogurt TRQ – Serial No. 966, (Date: October 1, 2019).  As of October 10, 2019, a total of 130,670 kg of TRQ are available for reallocation for WTO yogurt. Quantities remain available for import until December 31, 2019.
