The US Department of Commerce has postponed the final ADD and CVD determinations on softwood lumber from Canada until, no late than, November 14, 2017. Â The preliminary determinations were made on April 28th, 2017 (ADD) and June 30th, 2017 (CVD). Â If the International Trade Commission finds that US producers were not harmed, then no duties will be collected.
