Beginning July 8, 2026, importers of products regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) will be required to submit product certificate data electronically to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the time of entry. While the CPSC Product Registry serves as a centralized repository for certificate information, importers remain responsible for providing the required product certificate data to their customs brokers for submission through the Partner Government Agency (PGA) Message Set.
