Effective November 2nd, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) officially discontinued the requirement of the FCC740 form for radiofrequency devices. This rule, posted in the Federal Register, ends the need for the FCC740 form with customs documents. Previously, use of this form had been temporarily suspended a number of times within the past year. If you ship radiofrequency devices, please note that though the form is no longer needed at the time of entry, the devices must still meet all of the FCC requirements.
