The Canadian Beef Grading Agency (CBGA), a private, non-profit corporation accredited by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to deliver grading services for beef in Canada, is proposing to amend the Beef, Bison and Veal Carcass Grade Requirements, a document incorporated by reference (IBR) into the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations and managed by the CBGA.
