The Order Amending the United States Surtax Remission Order No. 2019-1, entered into force on April 15, 2019, made changes to the list of goods on Schedule 3 of United States Remission Order that allowed additional goods to be eligible for remission.
Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has confirmed that when filing a refund for surtax paid on goods that are subject to the Order Amending the United States Surtax Remission Order, No. 2019-1, OIC 18-1272 is indicated on the B2.
