U.S. Customs and Broder Protection has reported that the CBP base Metals Center of Excellence and Expertise is experiencing an approximate 1,500 percent increase in the number of post summary corrections (PSC) received when compared to the numbers previous to Section 232. CBP has not provided a time frame expectation for the review and processing of exclusion claims.
